Ich brauchte ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für eine gute Freundin. Es ist quasi Tradition, dass wir uns immer gegenseitig Schmuck schenken, viel überlegen musste ich also nicht. Doch nach all den Jahren dachte ich, wohin mit all dem Schmuck. Es sollte natürlich nicht nur schön, sondern vor allem auch praktisch sein. Ich wollte allerdings nicht einfach nur eine Tasche für den Schmuck nähen. Aus Erfahrung weiß ich, dass sich Ketten und Ohrringe gerne verheddern und das auseinander Frieseln dauert ewig. Ich glaube ich habe die perfekte Lösung gefunden: Eine Reisetasche für Schmuck!
I needed a birthday present for a good friend of mine. It's tradition that we always buy each other jewelry, so finding one was easy. But after all these years a place to store all this jewelry was needed. Of course it shouldn't only be cute but most importantly practical. That's why I did not want to sew a simple bag for the jewelry because it is always a pain to untangle the necklaces from the earrings. I think I found the perfect solution: A Jewelry Booklet!
Ich habe ZigZag-Band benutzt, um an diesem die Ohrringe aufzuhängen und Filzstoff für zwei Schlaufen an denen Ketten aufgehängt werden können. Und eine kleine Tasche für Ringe durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen.
I used Ric Rac ribbon for hanging the earrings and felt for two little hoops to hang a necklace. Of course a little pocket for all the rings was needed as well.
Jetzt hat das Entfriemeln von Ketten und Ohrringen ein Ende!
No more untangling the jewelry!
